Lauren McNally is Director of AMA’s Women’s Leadership Center, overseeing the strategic direction of WLC including membership, content and corporate initiatives, working with individuals and organizations to prepare women for advancement. Prior to coming to AMA, she was with the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) where she led member engagement marketing, communications, creative, and event branding. Upon NAPW’s merger with Professional Diversity Network, Lauren became the Director of Marketing. She graduated cum laude with a BFA in Visual Communication Design from the University of Hartford.
