As a Learning Solutions Manager at AMA, Tammy Swed is responsible for the Business Excellence for Women portfolio of seminars. In her role, Tammy identifies specific market trends and client needs, while collaborating with subject matter experts to design and develop impactful learning experiences that target professional women at all levels of professional experience and across industries. Tammy is an integral member of AMA’s Women’s Leadership Center and works to create a community that extends the conversation on issues that matter; where women are empowered to share, connect and learn from one another in a safe and supportive environment. Tammy holds an MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
Lauren McNally is the director of AMA’s Women’s Leadership Center, overseeing the strategic direction of membership and corporate initiatives including content vision, event development, and marketing strategies. She is energized by supporting organizations that are working to develop women for future advancement through community and meaningful education.
Prior to coming to AMA, McNally led marketing efforts for the National Association of Professional Women and Professional Diversity Network. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in visual communication design from the University of Hartford.
Tonya Echols is a leadership coach, trainer, consultant, and founder of Thrive Coaching Solutions. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF), of which she is also a Global Member and Communications Chair of the Georgia Chapter. Tonya holds Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), where she is also an Associate Training Coach delivering an exceptional training experience to aspiring coaches.
