    • How gender bias is affecting the workplace
    • Ways men can help reduce bias by becoming allies of women
    • Strategies for starting the ally conversation between men and women
    • Male mentoring and sponsoring opportunities
    • Additional resources for women to help them avoid being impacted by gender bias

BONUS: The first 50 attendees to arrive will receive a FREE copy of Alton B. Harris’s book, Breaking Through Bias: Communication Techniques for Women to Succeed at Work. Alton will also have a book-signing session after the discussion.

    Overview

One of the biggest obstacles to executive presence is not having a clear understanding of who you are, what you want and the best way to align that with your professional ambitions. This session will help you define and develop your brand.

By creating your professional brand, you will have the knowledge, awareness and confidence to share the narrative with which you want the world to engage. Developing confidence and awareness of self is especially important for professional women because they are often less likely to present themselves for promotion out of fear of not being qualified for larger roles.

This webinar will provide you with information and tools to help you:

    • Understand executive presence and professional branding
    • Define who you are and your own professional brand
    • Learn how to stay in alignment with your goals
    • Avoid the distractions that can take you off course
